When Aristocrat was looking to expand their office in Las Vegas, they engaged with Henriksen Butler early on in order to streamline the design process and move things forward. EV+A, the design team at Aristocrat and the general contractor Nevada General worked closely with the project team at HB to ensure the project remained on time and at the anticipated budget. During the design process, all teams that would be utilizing the space were consulted to maximize workplace efficiencies. The project included the installation of 26 workstations, 8 private offices, 3 breakout rooms, a caf., a conference room, and living room / lounge areas. With the entire team engaged in weekly construction meetings, the project was delivered as scheduled and on budget.
