Carefully planned and executed renovation gives new life to legacy government building.
Engaging with Henriksen Butler’s workplace strategist, UDOT undertook discovery exercises to determine exactly what type of spaces were needed to best support the work of individuals and teams in this 35+ year building. With careful change management, the project resulted in a modern, updated space with more natural light, flexible working environments, enhanced technology and ergonomic supports.
Interior construction solutions by DIRTT were integrated, including flexible glass fronted walls to create private, acoustically sound offices and meeting rooms, as well as switch glass in conference walls for optional visual privacy.
