With a tight timeline to execute this special project, DIRTT prefabricated interior construction was a natural fit. Through the flexibility of DIRTT, the design team could make changes up to the last minute without impacting their timeline. The facility’s original budget was for sixteen headwall units, however, by building out their headwalls with DIRTT’s flex-gas solution, as opposed to copper, the savings allowed for two more headwalls. The entire space was clad with DIRTT curtain walls, and graphic Willow Glass tiles. Millwork and 3D laminate finishes add an attractive, durable finish. And one last win - the project received record same-day approval from the state health department.
