Dating back to 1955, this unique building served as the neighborhood market followed by many years as the Gambler’s Book Shop. Notorious Las Vegas characters including John Gotti frequented the shop. After falling into disrepair, the vacant space needed serious TLC. Sharing a vision with Dapper Development, the space was completely transformed, opening skylights, adding windows and an outdoor patio, and revealing the original bow truss ceiling. This modern office space supports 20 employees on a daily basis with flexibility to handle many more on any given occasion.
